Prepared’s cutting-edge technology is designed to transform raw 911 call data into immediately useful information, enabling public safety agencies to react more quickly and effectively to incidents. The platform achieves this by bringing together various crucial data points into a single, cohesive view. This includes synthesizing call audio, transcribing text messages, integrating video streams, providing precise GPS locations, and even offering real-time language translation. This integrated approach ensures that dispatchers and first responders have all the necessary context readily available, leading to more informed and rapid decision-making.
Currently, Prepared supports a vast network of over 1,000 public safety agencies across 49 states, demonstrating its proven capability and widespread adoption. By integrating Prepared’s advanced capabilities into its existing suite of public safety tools, Axon is significantly strengthening its core strategy. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the early part of Q4.
