AZIO AI announced it has received a binding purchase order for 256 Nvidia B300 GPUs, a milestone the company said advances completion of a major government procurement program in Southeast Asia and represents approximately $107 million in contractual revenue.
The company said it expects to receive a 30% deposit over the next few weeks. AZIO AI characterized the order as validation of its ability to execute large-scale, mission-critical AI infrastructure deployments for government and institutional customers.
The announcement follows AZIO AI’s disclosure that it plans to acquire the AI division of Azio Corp. AZIO AI said that Azio Corp recently delivered eight Nvidia B200 GPUs, resulting in $2.8 million of recognized revenue.
AZIO AI also said it is pursuing additional government-led initiatives across Southeast Asia that collectively represent up to $200 million in potential incremental revenue, subject to contract finalization, scope definition, and execution timelines.
Separately, the company pointed to its previously announced merger framework with Envirotech Vehicles, which it said established a reference transaction value of $3.00 per EVTV share, subject to customary closing conditions and definitive documentation.
AZIO AI is an AI infrastructure and high-performance computing platform focused on deploying scalable, power-efficient AI data centers and delivering compute solutions for government, enterprise, and industrial applications.
