Azra AI, a healthcare enterprise platform focused on cancer care coordination and clinical pathway orchestration through AI and automation, announced the appointment of oncology strategist and healthcare executive Jessica Turgon to its Board of Directors.

Turgon brings decades of experience advising health systems, cancer centers, and healthcare organizations on oncology growth, operational transformation, and care delivery innovation. Her previous roles include serving as Global Service Line Head for Oncology at Siemens Healthineers and spending 20 years at ECG Management Consultants, where she led oncology consulting initiatives for health systems nationwide.

The appointment comes as healthcare organizations increasingly adopt AI-driven solutions to improve cancer screening, care coordination, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes amid growing workforce and clinical pressures.

According to the company, Turgon has extensive experience advising healthcare organizations on cancer service line strategy, patient access, physician alignment, enterprise transformation initiatives, and care delivery optimization. At Siemens Healthineers, she led global oncology strategy initiatives focused on integrated cancer care and technology-enabled transformation. During her tenure at ECG, she worked with hospitals and health systems to strengthen oncology operations while maintaining a focus on patient experience.

Azra AI said its enterprise platform operationalizes healthcare data to optimize and orchestrate care and clinical trial pathways, helping health systems coordinate patient care and improve reporting visibility. The platform combines agentic AI, multimodal data integration, and workflow automation to support use cases including lung and breast cancer screening, incidental findings management, multidisciplinary meetings, patient management and care coordination, research and clinical trial matching, ED discharge workflows, and analytics.

The company said its unified platform is deployed across hundreds of health systems and is designed to help providers identify patients earlier, coordinate care longitudinally, reduce time to treatment, and improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
