AZZO announced that it has acquired Qubits Energy, a provider of Electrical Power Management Systems, automation, and energy management solutions for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The transaction is aimed at strengthening AZZO’s ability to deliver scalable, standardized energy management systems across global infrastructure portfolios while expanding its footprint into Latin America.

The acquisition enhances AZZO’s EnergyX platform by integrating Qubits Energy’s engineering-led deployment capabilities, enabling a unified architecture for monitoring, automation, and control across complex energy environments. The combined offering is designed to support hyperscale data centers and colocation providers that require high reliability, scalability, and rapid deployment.

Qubits Energy has built a reputation for delivering energy systems across large, distributed environments, with a focus on consistency and operational reliability. Its relationships with major data center operators complement AZZO’s lifecycle services and position the combined company to support accelerating global demand for digital infrastructure.

The deal also provides AZZO with an operational presence in Colombia, establishing a strategic foundation for growth in Latin America. This regional expansion is expected to support customers entering emerging data center markets and enable localized engineering and deployment capabilities.

AZZO said the acquisition will further enhance its automation capabilities through AI-enabled engineering and deployment, while strengthening its position in mission-critical infrastructure sectors where uptime and performance are essential.

Qubits Energy’s team and solutions will be integrated into AZZO immediately, with plans to accelerate investment in AI-driven automation and mission-critical services within the EnergyX platform.
