Baghdadi Capital announced the integration of Qasioun Partners, a newly established advisory finance and investment banking firm, strengthening the group’s independent corporate and investment banking platform.
Qasioun Partners originated from an advisory finance practice developed over more than seven years within a leading U.S. multinational professional services firm. The business was separated through a carve-out transaction, allowing the team, operations, and client relationships to continue under an independent structure with its own capital base.
The firm consists of industrial finance professionals with more than 25 years of experience in international financial markets. According to the company, the team has participated in more than £25 billion of fundraising transactions and currently has more than £1.7 billion of transactions in progress.
Qasioun Partners specializes in structuring financing solutions across the entire capital structure, including corporate debt, project finance, equity, mergers and acquisitions, platform finance, working capital, and guarantees. The firm will focus primarily on infrastructure, energy, and technology sectors, with an emphasis on projects involving advanced technologies and complex financial structures.
Baghdadi Capital said the integration supports its strategy of building a comprehensive financial platform capable of combining specialized advisory services with proprietary funding solutions. The addition of Qasioun Partners is expected to enhance the firm’s ability to support clients with high-value corporate and investment banking services.
