Baird: $1 Billion Firm HWB Partners Joins Indianapolis Wealth Management Office

Baird announced that HWB Partners has joined the firm’s wealth management office in Indianapolis, adding a team with deep experience across advisory, institutional consulting, and sports-focused financial services. The team includes Don Hutchinson, Director and Financial Advisor; Dean P. Weseli, CFP, CDFA, Director and Financial Advisor; and Jeff J. Borgert, CAIA, Director and Financial Advisor. They join from Goelzer Investment Management, where they managed approximately $1 billion in client assets and held senior advisory and leadership roles.

HWB Partners brings a combination of long-standing client relationships and specialized expertise to Baird’s growing Private Wealth Management business. Hutchinson has more than 30 years of industry experience and most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at Goelzer Investment Management. His prior roles include positions at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch, and he holds a degree in financial planning from Purdue University.

Weseli brings over two decades of experience, including serving as a Director of G•PRO Sports and as a Senior Wealth Advisor at Goelzer Investment Management. He is a Registered Player Financial Advisor with the NFL Players Association and earned a finance degree from the University of Dayton along with an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Borgert adds nearly 30 years of experience, having previously served as an Institutional Senior Consultant at Goelzer Investment Management. He holds a degree in marketing and distribution from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State University.
