His practice spans financial restructurings, distressed M&A, special situations, creditor advisory work, crisis management, and restructuring-related litigation.
Over the course of his career, Karcher has represented a wide range of stakeholders, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and official committees, in high-profile restructuring cases both in and out of court. His experience includes navigating transactions with significant regulatory, governance, and cross-border complexities.
