His work spans a wide range of industries, including advising founders, investors, legal teams, and boards on how to develop and commercialize technology effectively.
Oslovar has played a leading role in more than 500 M&A transactions, many of them high-profile deals in the tech sector. He is recognized for his expertise in handling complex licensing and commercial matters, regularly drafting and negotiating agreements that involve patents, trademarks, software, joint ventures, services, and supply arrangements. His broad experience makes him a valuable addition to Baker McKenzie’s team, which is recognized for its comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of technology deals.
The firm has established a strong reputation in the tech sector, collaborating with the vast majority of Fortune 500 technology companies and nearly all of the largest firms by market capitalization. Baker McKenzie has served as lead counsel on significant transactions, including Intel’s $9 billion sale of its solid-state drive and NAND memory business to SK hynix, and Walgreens Boots Alliance’s $23.7 billion acquisition by Sycamore Partners, where the firm advised on carve-out and reorganization matters.
Oslovar’s arrival is part of a broader expansion of Baker McKenzie’s global transactional team.
