BakerHostetler announced that Kenneth Racowski has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group. Racowski will be a member of BakerHostetler’s Antitrust and Competition and Commercial Litigation teams. He will also lead the firm’s private civil antitrust practice.
His arrival strengthens BakerHostetler’s nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition team, which handles large-scale class action antitrust matters, including cases that proceed to trial. The addition also expands the firm’s Commercial Litigation capabilities and reinforces its presence in Philadelphia.
Racowski counsels businesses in complex antitrust, class action, and commercial litigation matters. He serves as lead counsel in high-stakes disputes involving emerging and established areas of antitrust law.
His work includes matters involving artificial intelligence, algorithmic price-fixing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consolidation, and agriculture. BakerHostetler said Racowski is especially experienced in defending against emerging claims based on alleged algorithm-driven price-fixing.
In addition to litigation, Racowski represents companies in investigations by federal agencies and state attorneys general. He also advises clients on corporate compliance, internal investigations, media strategy, and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
BakerHostetler said Racowski brings first-chair trial experience, antitrust knowledge, and practical business judgment to clients facing complex disputes. His addition gives the firm greater depth across private civil antitrust, class action defense, and commercial litigation.
Racowski received his B.A. from Villanova University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
