Balefire Wealth announced that David Serposs, AIF, has joined the firm as Senior Corporate Solutions Advisor.
Serposs brings more than 15 years of experience serving employers, retirement plan sponsors, and nonprofit organizations. His background includes leadership roles at Principal Financial Group and Securian Financial, where he advised organizations on retirement plans, fiduciary responsibilities, employee benefits, and participant outcomes.
In his new role, Serposs will work with business owners, employers, and institutions to support retirement plan strategy, fiduciary oversight, and workplace financial wellness initiatives. He joins Balefire’s growing Corporate Solutions team.
