Banyan Software announced it has acquired tec4U-Solutions, a Saarbrücken-based provider of material compliance software and data services for manufacturers, retailers, and product importers.
Founded in 2013, tec4U-Solutions has built a compliance platform for product data communication and management. Its DataCross platform helps companies manage and exchange product and supplier data as they navigate global ESG and material compliance regulations.
The platform supports regulatory areas including REACH, PFAS, Conflict Minerals, PPWR, EUDR, Eco design, and carbon footprinting. tec4U-Solutions serves mid-market manufacturers and corporate structures across the DACH region and has become a key compliance partner for companies focused on product safety, sustainability, and marketability.
Banyan said tec4U-Solutions will continue to operate independently from Saarbrücken, with its leadership, team, and roadmap remaining in place. The company will also continue focusing on customer service quality, product development, and support for its existing customers.
The partnership with Banyan is intended to support tec4U-Solutions’ next stage of growth, including investments in AI, go-to-market initiatives, product development, and market expansion. Banyan’s role will be to provide long-term stability, operational support, and capital while preserving tec4U-Solutions’ existing culture and customer-focused approach.
tec4U-Solutions’ DataCross platform is designed to serve as a single source of truth for product and supplier data. The company also offers managed data services, ERP interfaces, consulting, and a certified academy.
