Beacon Pointe Advisors announced it has added three advisory teams through recent RIA acquisitions, bringing total firm assets under advisement to roughly $62 billion as it continues expanding across multiple markets. The acquisitions include Financial Planning Solutions in Newton, Massachusetts, Voyager Wealth Management in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and InvestmentHunter Wealth Services in the Fort Worth, Texas area, with Beacon Pointe positioning the additions as supportive of its allWEALTH framework for comprehensive wealth management.
Financial Planning Solutions, a planning-first fiduciary firm serving the greater New England region, advises about $350 million in client assets and focuses on guiding clients through complex transitions, including pensions, divorce, and retirement planning. Voyager Wealth Management oversees about $229 million in client assets and emphasizes planning-led, goals-driven advice supported by scenario analysis and long-term modeling for retirement and distribution decisions, while maintaining a community-focused client experience through its local team. InvestmentHunter Wealth Services, founded in 2008 and based in Argyle, Texas, manages about $153 million in assets and combines detailed planning with a tactical investment approach that incorporates retirement strategy, tax and estate coordination, insurance considerations, and portfolio management.
Beacon Pointe said the Financial Planning Solutions acquisition closed on December 31, 2025, the Voyager Wealth Management acquisition closed on November 15, 2025, and the InvestmentHunter transaction closed on December 31, 2025.
The firm said it now supports clients with more than 750 team members across more than 90 offices nationwide, and it framed the transactions as part of a broader effort to provide incoming teams with expanded resources, technology, and specialized expertise while allowing them to retain their client relationships and local cultures.
