Beacon Pointe Advisors has acquired Hemington Wealth Management, a $1.2 billion female-founded registered investment advisory firm with offices in Falls Church, Virginia, and Chicago, Illinois. The deal marks Beacon Pointe’s fifth acquisition of a female-led firm this year and its twelfth overall in 2025. With Hemington joining the organization, Beacon Pointe’s assets under advisement rise to approximately $55 billion, further strengthening its position as the largest female-led RIA in the United States.
The addition of Hemington reinforces Beacon Pointe’s continued emphasis on women-centered leadership and client service. Hemington is known for its comprehensive wealth management model that blends relationship management, advanced planning, and investment consulting, supported by a values-based framework.
The firm’s team of sixteen professionals serves high-net-worth individuals and families, with particular dedication to advising women navigating major life transitions.
