Beacon Software announced it has acquired E2E Soccer Limited, expanding its footprint in sports technology and creating an integrated platform for soccer leagues and clubs across Canada.
E2E Soccer serves as a core operational system for competitive youth soccer in Canada, supporting more than 100 leagues, 7,500 teams, and 120,000 games in 2025. The acquisition brings E2E together with PowerUp Sports, another Beacon portfolio company, forming what the company describes as Canada’s first full-stack soccer technology solution.
The combined platform is designed to streamline the entire soccer ecosystem, from player registration and roster management to league scheduling, referee assignments, and discipline tracking. By integrating these capabilities, Beacon aims to deliver a unified experience for clubs, leagues, and governing bodies.
The transaction comes as soccer participation and infrastructure investment continue to grow in Canada, particularly ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which the country will co-host. Beacon sees the opportunity to modernize fragmented systems and provide a scalable, AI-enhanced platform to support the sport’s expansion.
E2E Soccer and PowerUp Sports will continue operating under their existing brands and leadership teams, while benefiting from Beacon’s centralized technology resources and investment to accelerate product development and integration.
Beacon Software, founded in 2024, focuses on acquiring and scaling companies that serve local economies, leveraging AI infrastructure to improve efficiency and competitiveness across its portfolio.
