Beach Point Capital Management and JPE Capital said they have sold Beanstalk, a global brand licensing agency, to Creative Artists Agency. Under the deal, Beanstalk will be integrated into CAA Brand Management, expanding CAA’s brand development and licensing platform.

The sellers said JPE Capital, alongside Beach Point as a minority owner and the family offices of Lance Hirt and Brian Cooper, acquired Beanstalk in February 2025 to support the company’s continued buildout of its global platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Beanstalk has more than three decades of experience working with brand owners and manufacturers to create consumer products and brand extensions. The company’s work spans categories including food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, home improvement, entertainment, and gaming. Its client roster includes Procter and Gamble, Stanley Black and Decker, Diageo, Kellanova, W.K. Kellogg, The Met, the U.S. Army, and Dole, among others.

Beach Point described itself as a multi-strategy investment firm focused on credit, with more than $20 billion in assets under management and investment activity across public and private credit markets. JPE Capital said it focuses primarily on founder-led, U.S.-based, middle-market companies in the TMT and consumer products sectors.
