Beecher Reagan, a retained executive search firm focused on placing growth leaders in private equity and professional services, has promoted Scott Ratliff to Partner, citing his commercial leadership and firmwide impact since joining in 2022.
The firm said Ratliff has been central to translating Beecher Reagan’s long-term vision into a scalable business development culture. According to the announcement, he built and led a multifunctional shared services team that leverages AI, modern technology tools, and process innovation to expand market presence, increase productivity, and free production teams to focus on high-value client and candidate work.
Beecher Reagan said Ratliff’s leadership has contributed to year-over-year growth in both sales and search delivery each year since his arrival, while maintaining the firm’s reputation for quality, precision, and Partner-led execution in the professional services and private equity markets. In his expanded role, Ratliff will continue to drive practice growth, lead executive-level search engagements, and oversee the shared services function supporting the firm’s broader strategic talent platform, which includes Beecher Reagan, Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, and Beecher Reagan Capital.
Ratliff joins the Partner group alongside Tim Reagan, Clark Beecher, Mo Captan, and Raj Kapoor. The firm, founded in 2009, said it has completed more than 900 executive placements and delivered more than $4 billion of practice growth to clients.
