Behavox has signed an $8 million GPU infrastructure commitment with Civo to secure dedicated computing capacity in the United Kingdom for processing sensitive data used by the company’s AI-powered financial compliance products.
Behavox serves banks, hedge funds, asset managers, commodity traders and insurers and processes sensitive information including employee communications and trading records.
Under the agreement, Behavox will use GPU capacity located in the United Kingdom to run the AI models supporting its products, allowing relevant customer information to remain within the country during processing.
The deal follows Civo’s September 2026 announcement of a new edge data center in Hertfordshire, the first of 40 sites it plans to establish in the United Kingdom.
Civo also plans to deploy NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin platform beginning in 2027.
For Behavox, the agreement forms part of a broader effort to secure AI computing capacity from neocloud providers as regulated industries increase their use of agentic AI.
That capacity is also offered through Behavox-affiliated Gigatokens, which provides access to frontier models using sovereign U.K. infrastructure with zero data retention by default.
The agreement follows a $175 million preferred equity investment in Behavox from HPS Investment Partners, part of BlackRock, announced in June 2026.
