BellaMia Technologies and Dominion Aesthetic Technologies announced the completion of a strategic merger valued at $200 million, combining two companies focused on advanced laser and robotic technologies for the medical aesthetics industry. The merged company will operate under the BellaMia Technologies name and aims to strengthen its position across body contouring and skin rejuvenation markets.
Dominion Aesthetic Technologies is known for EON, a non-contact robotic laser device designed for targeted fat reduction and body contouring. BellaMia Technologies developed The Botticelli™, an all-in-one laser platform focused on skin rejuvenation. The companies said the merger brings together their founders, inventors, and management teams to accelerate innovation and commercial growth while creating operational efficiencies across engineering, marketing, and physician support.
Janet Campbell will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the combined company. According to the announcement, the merger is expected to expand commercial reach, enhance product development efforts, and unlock synergies due to the complementary nature of the two businesses.
The combined organization is also emphasizing its capabilities in artificial intelligence, robotics, sensors, and advanced engineering technologies as part of its long-term strategy within the aesthetic technology sector.
