Bending Spoons – a Milan, Italy-based company that has served over half a billion people across the globe through its suite of digital technology products, including Evernote, Remini, and Splice – announced a new equity financing round. Durable Capital Partners LP joins existing investors Baillie Gifford, Cox Enterprises, NB Renaissance, NUO Capital, and StarTIP (controlled by Tamburi Investment Partners) in participating in the round.

The funding round injected $155 million of equity and values Bending Spoons at approximately $2.55 billion post-money. The new funding round will help support new acquisitions.

Bending Spoons acquired Meetup in January. Also in January of this year, IAC sold Mosaic (the company behind mobile apps like Clime, Robokiller, and iTranslate) to Bending Spoons. Evernote was acquired by Bending Spoons a couple of years ago.

Allen & Company LLC acted as the financial adviser and Clifford Chance was the legal adviser to Bending Spoons on the transaction.
