Bending Spoons has completed its acquisition of Airtable, the workplace data and workflow platform used by more than 500,000 organizations.
The transaction gives Bending Spoons 100% of Airtable’s issued and outstanding shares through an all-cash acquisition. The completion announcement did not specify the purchase price.
Bending Spoons plans to invest in Airtable’s product, customer support and go-to-market capabilities while continuing to develop the platform’s ability to bring data, business context, workflows and AI agents together.
The deal represents Bending Spoons’ first acquisition since its Nasdaq listing on July 1, 2026. Airtable joins a portfolio that includes AOL, Brightcove, Eventbrite, Evernote, Tractive, Vimeo and WeTransfer.
Bending Spoons said the financial outlook it issued on August 13 did not include any Airtable contribution. The company expects to incorporate Airtable into its outlook when it next reports financial results.
Goldman Sachs Bank Europe and J.P. Morgan acted as co-financial advisors to Bending Spoons, with Willkie Farr & Gallagher serving as legal counsel. Latham & Watkins represented Airtable, while AXOM Partners served as Airtable’s financial advisor.
