Bennett West: Investment Raised From Pike Street Capital

By Amit Chowdhry ● Aug 14, 2025

Pike Street Capital, a private equity firm in Seattle, has invested in Bennett. This company provides water infrastructure, plant health, and energy solutions to growers, local governments, and industrial customers in the western US.

Bennett was founded in 1929 in Selma, California, and has served crop producers for over 90 years. The company recently regained its independence after operating as GARBennett for five years, following a merger in 2020. This change allows Bennett to focus more on helping customers with water efficiency, crop performance, and sustainability.

To support growth, CEO Tyler Bennett chose Pike Street Capital as an investment partner due to their experience in helping companies reach their goals. Tyler Bennett will keep a significant ownership share and continue as CEO. Pike Street Capital plans to help Bennett grow by expanding its services and making strategic acquisitions, aiming to become a leader in water, plant health, and energy innovation.

Pike Street invests in mid-sized companies with strong technical skills and solid market positions, particularly in sectors such as industrial technology and business services. After the deal, the company will operate simply as “Bennett.”
