Beroe: $34 Million Secured For Procurement Intelligence Stack

By Amit Chowdhry • Sep 28, 2025

Beroe, a leader in insightful procurement decision intelligence, has completed a $34 million funding round. This funding was achieved through a dilution of a minority stake in the company, supported by a diverse group of investors. Key participants in this funding round included the Relativity Resilience Fund, which operates as the Private Equity platform of the Trust Group, as well as notable individual investors Mukul Agrawal and Ashish Kacholia. Additional investment was from Lashit Sanghvi and the Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund, collectively demonstrating strong confidence in Beroe’s vision and capabilities.

The new funding will be used for strategic deployment, with a primary focus on enhancing and expanding the intricate insights layer within Beroe’s comprehensive procurement intelligence stack. This expansion will be achieved through a dual approach: significant product development efforts aimed at innovating and refining existing offerings, as well as inorganic growth, which includes strategic acquisitions.

These initiatives are designed to strengthen Beroe’s capacity to empower procurement managers worldwide with even more sophisticated and actionable intelligence, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize their operations.

Beroe already boasts a robust intelligence layer that consistently delivers measurable outcomes to a vast and distinguished clientele. The company currently serves more than 1,000 global enterprise customers, a remarkable figure that includes over 300 of the highly influential Fortune 500 companies. This extensive client base underscores Beroe’s established reputation and its ability to provide value to some of the world’s largest organizations.

In a testament to its commitment to continuous growth and innovation, Beroe recently made two significant acquisitions earlier this year. In September 2025, the company announced the acquisition of Forestreet, a premier provider specializing in solutions for supplier and innovation scouting, thereby enhancing its capabilities in identifying emerging trends and potential partners.

This was preceded by the acquisition of nnamu in March 2025, which introduced the world’s first autonomous negotiation solution powered by game theory, further extending Beroe’s technological edge and offering new tools for efficient and effective procurement. These strategic moves underscore Beroe’s proactive approach to consolidating its position as a leader in the evolving landscape of procurement decision intelligence.
