Keyrune Incorporated, the creator of the Melee.gg event platform, and Best Coast Pairings have announced a merger to form Galactic Events Studio, a newly established company focused on unifying technology solutions for game organizers, retailers, publishers, and players worldwide.
The combined company will integrate the strengths of Melee.gg and BCP into unified applications designed to streamline event registration, tournament management, and operational workflows. The merger is intended to support more than 21,000 game organizers globally while continuing to serve existing publisher and tournament partners.
Melee.gg currently supports more than 6,000 stores and over 10,000 organizers worldwide, working with leading publishers such as Wizards of the Coast on initiatives including the Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour and Regional Championship series, as well as Fantasy Flight Games on Star Wars: Unlimited TCG competitive events ranging from Planetary Qualifiers through the Galactic Championship. Meanwhile, Best Coast Pairings, founded in 2015, has partnered with publishers including Games Workshop and Catan Studio to deliver tournament software solutions for tabletop communities.
Galactic Events Studio said it will continue supporting both BCP and Melee.gg platforms while investing in new features. The team is currently developing a unified login system across both platforms and plans to showcase its new “Match Manager” tool at GAMA 2026 in booth 685.
