Bhartiya Converge has appointed Eric Pagdiwalla as Chief Operating Officer, strengthening the leadership team of Bhartiya Urban’s Global Capability Centre platform as it expands its services for multinational companies establishing and scaling operations in India.
In his new role, Pagdiwalla will lead consulting, operations strategy and customer success, with responsibility for strengthening execution capabilities and helping scale Bhartiya Converge’s integrated GCC model.
Pagdiwalla brings more than 25 years of experience spanning Global Capability Centres, global business services, business transformation, outsourcing, client management and operating-model development.
He joins Bhartiya Converge from Persistent Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of GCC Practice.
Before Persistent, Pagdiwalla held senior leadership positions at ANSR, including Managing Director of Client Success and Vice President of Service Delivery.
He also served as Associate Vice President of Transformation at Ascena Retail Group.
Earlier in his career, Pagdiwalla spent more than 13 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, holding leadership positions across digital selling, marketing business services, global business services, process improvement, account management and outsourcing strategy.
His career has included building and managing global teams, leading business transformation initiatives, managing major client relationships and developing operating models designed to support growth at scale.
Bhartiya Converge was established to help global enterprises establish, operate and expand GCCs in India through an integrated services model.
The platform combines strategic advisory and consulting, talent solutions, workspace infrastructure, business operations and employee experience.
Bhartiya Converge uses a proprietary five-phase model spanning discovery, design, build and transition, optimization and transformation, with the goal of helping companies develop GCCs aligned with broader strategic and growth priorities.

Pagdiwalla will focus on connecting advisory work with execution across talent, workspace and operations as customers build and expand their India operations.
His appointment is intended to strengthen the company’s ability to support multinational businesses throughout the GCC lifecycle, from establishing an initial presence in India through developing larger and more sophisticated operational capabilities.
