BingEx Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has signed a strategic investment agreement with Hangzhou Low-Altitude Industry Development Co., Ltd. to accelerate the deployment of drone delivery and low-altitude logistics services in China.
Following the investment, BingEx’s FlashEx business will become one of the first on-demand delivery companies in Hangzhou to receive strategic support from the city’s low-altitude industry platform. The partnership represents a major step forward in the company’s expansion into drone-enabled logistics services.
FlashEx is one of China’s earliest and largest on-demand dedicated courier service providers, operating across nearly 300 cities nationwide. The company’s one-rider, one-order fulfillment model focuses on time-sensitive and high-quality deliveries, helping establish its position in China’s on-demand courier market.
The company has also continued investing in technologies designed to improve logistics efficiency, including intelligent dispatching, route optimization, autonomous delivery systems, and low-altitude logistics infrastructure. FlashEx said its real-time fulfillment network is well-positioned for drone delivery operations, especially for standardized and time-sensitive transportation requirements.
Working alongside its Hangzhou partners, FlashEx is building an integrated logistics ecosystem that combines aerial drone transport with last-mile ground delivery capabilities.
As of the end of April 2026, FlashEx and its Hangzhou partners had launched five drone takeoff and landing sites along with 14 delivery routes spanning the Yuhang, Shangcheng, and Gongshu districts. The network has completed approximately 3,500 paid delivery orders across nearly 2,900 flights while maintaining a 100% safety record.
Adam Xue emphasized that low-altitude logistics represents a key long-term growth opportunity for intra-city on-demand delivery services and an important part of the company’s broader technology strategy.
