Biomerics announced that Kristin Mason has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mason joins Biomerics after an extensive career leading finance organizations across complex global businesses.
She succeeds the team of internal finance leaders that had collectively guided Biomerics’ finance function over the past several months.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mason will lead Biomerics’ global finance organization. Her responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, tax, audit, banking, and capital strategy.
Mason will also work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen financial capabilities, support disciplined execution, and help position the company for long-term growth.
Biomerics is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer serving the interventional medical device market.
