Higgins represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile commercial disputes, trials, and arbitrations.
His work spans contracts, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duties, energy, securities, and antitrust matters.
Higgins joins BOWS from Rusty Hardin & Associates, where he also served as an equity partner.
Earlier in his career, he practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York.
He is a fellow of both the Litigation Counsel of America and the Texas Bar Foundation.
