BITKRAFT Ventures announced a passive minority investment from a fund managed by Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform. This funding enables BITKRAFT to further expand its operating capabilities and expand its investment platform, which includes more than $1 billion in assets under management and six funds covering early-stage venture, growth stage venture, and Web3/Crypto. Blue Owl’s GP Strategic Capital platform provides minority equity and financing solutions to private capital managers.
BITKRAFT invests strategically in companies that they believe are redefining interactive entertainment while pioneering frontier technologies like AI and Web3. The funding enables BITKRAFT to take a greater role in seeking to lead the future of investing in gaming and related technologies.
Berkshire Global Advisors served as financial advisor and Gunderson Dettmer acted as legal advisor to BITKRAFT.
