Bitwise announced the appointment of Bhaskar Dhawan as Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI as the company expands its AI-first engineering strategy and enterprise artificial intelligence capabilities.
In the role, Dhawan will oversee Bitwise’s overall AI strategy, enterprise AI platform development, and internal AI adoption initiatives. He will also focus on integrating data, platform engineering, and AI technologies to help enterprise customers accelerate growth and operational transformation.
Dhawan brings more than 20 years of experience across AI engineering, digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, and partnership ecosystems.
Prior to joining Bitwise, he held senior leadership positions at Mastek and TAISTech, where he led global AI and digital transformation teams, developed AI-focused service offerings, and managed strategic growth initiatives across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
His previous experience also includes leadership roles at Publicis Sapient and Accenture.
Bitwise said the appointment supports the company’s broader transition into an AI-first engineering enterprise following the recent launch of its “Engineering Your AI Advantage” initiative focused on scalable enterprise AI adoption.
