Bitwise has named Shyam Natarajan as chief strategy officer, adding a senior executive role to accelerate its AI-first modernization and enterprise transformation work. The AI, data, and digital engineering services provider said the appointment supports its focus on helping global enterprises modernize their digital foundations and build AI-first systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The company noted that the hire is part of a broader growth push that includes the recent launches of FulkrumCloud, its modernization acceleration platform, and AI Café, an enterprise-focused hub for AI adoption and experimentation. Bitwise said those initiatives reflect increasing client demand for large-scale transformation as AI reshapes industries.
In the CSO role, Natarajan will lead Bitwise’s strategy, corporate development and business transformation functions, with a mandate to align the organization around scalable modernization programs and AI-driven transformation for its global client base.
Natarajan brings more than 27 years of technology services experience spanning strategy, corporate development, alliances, sales, presales and new business incubation. Prior to joining Bitwise, he led corporate development and alliances at Mastek and previously held senior leadership roles at Genpact, Dell Services and Wipro.
Bitwise is headquartered in Chicago and operates global delivery centers in Pune, India. The company said it combines onshore client alignment with offshore delivery efficiency, leveraging modernization intellectual property alongside AI, data and digital engineering services.
