Blink Charging, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and services, has announced its acquisition of Zemetric, a company known for its customized charging infrastructure solutions for fleets, multi-family properties, and high-traffic destinations. The deal is expected to close on or before July 11, 2025, subject to standard conditions.

Founded in Silicon Valley in 2022, Zemetric simplifies charging with interoperable hardware, software, and service solutions. In its first year of operation, it exceeded initial performance projections.

As part of the acquisition, Zemetric’s founding team will join Blink: Harmeet Singh will become the Chief Technology Officer, Bonnie Datta will serve as Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Operations, and Kapil Singhi will lead global charger development. The acquisition process was supported by Brightsmith Group, a search firm focused on energy transition.
