Blue Earth Capital Raises Over $200 Million For Impact Secondaries Strategy

By Amit Chowdhry ● Aug 5, 2026

Blue Earth Capital has completed the second closing of its impact secondaries strategy with more than $200 million in investor commitments. New commitments came from U.S.-based investors including Builders Vision, iAlumbra Capital and Sonen Capital. They join first-close investors Proparco, the Ursimone Wietlisbach Foundation and Stella.

Builders Vision is an investment and philanthropic platform founded by Lukas Walton, while iAlumbra Capital is the investment operation of Christy Walton’s family office.

Blue Earth’s strategy is intended to provide liquidity and access to mature impact investments.

The firm said secondaries can help investors reduce blind-pool, concentration and duration risks while enabling existing holders to recycle capital into new impact opportunities.

The strategy invests across developed and emerging markets in sectors including climate action, circular economy, financial inclusion, healthcare and education.

Its portfolio includes Zunibal, a technology provider serving fishing and marine monitoring markets.

The strategy has also invested in a continuation vehicle holding two European climate-related businesses focused on building energy efficiency and harmful gas leak detection.

Worden Hill Capital acted as placement adviser.
