Blue Wolf Capital Partners announced that Anne Bailey has been appointed Lead Operating Partner and will join the firm’s senior leadership team. In this role, Bailey will lead Blue Wolf’s Operating Partners and work closely with portfolio company management teams across the firm’s healthcare and industrials investments.
Bailey will focus on portfolio operations and value creation, helping management teams advance strategic and operational initiatives. Her appointment reflects Blue Wolf’s integrated approach to building long-term, sustainable businesses through collaboration between investment professionals and experienced operating executives.
Bailey joined Blue Wolf as an Operating Partner in 2024. Since then, she has worked with portfolio companies to support operational improvements, strategic execution, and value creation initiatives.
George Judd, who joined Blue Wolf in 2018 and previously served as Lead Operating Partner, will continue with the firm as an Operating Partner. Blue Wolf said the transition allows the firm to continue benefiting from Judd’s experience while expanding Bailey’s leadership role.
Bailey brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, consumer products, and aerospace and defense. Before joining Blue Wolf, she served as President of Modivcare Home, a home healthcare business with $900 million in revenue, where she led a nationwide team of more than 18,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, Bailey held senior leadership roles at DaVita and Bain & Company. Her experience includes advising and leading organizations across healthcare, consumer products, and education.
Bailey has also served on the boards of several community engagement and advocacy organizations. These include the Chronic Disease Coalition, CU Denver Business School, City Year Denver, Amp the Cause, and Access Opportunity.
Bailey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California San Diego, a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, and an MBA with honors from The Wharton School.
