Bluespring Wealth Partners, an acquirer of registered investment advisors and wealth management firms, announced Front Porch Financial has joined Bluespring partner firm U.S. Financial Services in a merger that creates a roughly $1.7 billion wealth management business.
Front Porch, a Kestra Financial-affiliated firm based in Cranford, New Jersey, becomes U.S. Financial’s fifth office location. U.S. Financial also maintains four other locations across the northern and southeastern United States, according to the announcement. Bluespring said the combination expands U.S. Financial’s geographic footprint while giving Front Porch access to additional resources intended to support client service and long-term continuity.
Front Porch was founded by Elizabeth Blanchard, a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), who has served clients for decades. Bluespring said Blanchard has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and began her career as a bank teller before moving into corporate banking roles in New York. Over time, she advanced into branch management and advisory work, building a practice centered on helping clients navigate major life events and financial transitions.
Blanchard’s practice has emphasized financial literacy and support for underserved communities, including a focus on empowering women in transition, the company said. Under the new structure, Blanchard is transitioning her practice into U.S. Financial with an emphasis on succession planning and maintaining the client experience, while integrating into a broader team.
Bluespring positioned the transaction as part of its broader strategy of partnering with firms that want to scale while retaining their identity. The company said it closed nine deals in 2025 totaling more than $6 billion in assets under management, and it expects to continue expanding its network of partner firms.
Bluespring operates as part of the Kestra ecosystem through common ownership affiliations disclosed in the release. The company said its model is designed to support independent advisors with operational resources, consulting, flexible ownership structures, and institutional capital, with the goal of enabling growth without sacrificing entrepreneurial autonomy.
