Bluespring Wealth Partners, an acquirer of registered investment advisors and wealth management firms, has partnered with Coghill Investment Strategies, adding the Pittsburgh-based advisory firm to its network of independent partner firms. Financial professionals at Coghill Investment Strategies oversee approximately $600 million in assets under management.
Coghill Investment Strategies was founded in 2011 by Carrie Coghill, a 40-year industry veteran, alongside partners Michael Cooley and Shana Bielich, who bring more than 30 years and more than 25 years of experience, respectively. Bluespring said the partnership strengthens the firm’s advisory and leadership structure while supporting continued growth.
The firm is known for a personalized approach to wealth management, with an emphasis on generational planning. Its work includes guidance for business owners and executives, including tax-efficient strategies, as well as support for individuals navigating major life transitions.
Coghill Investment Strategies has been recognized on Forbes’ Best-In-State lists, including being named a Best-In-State Wealth Management Team in 2024 and 2025. Carrie Coghill has also received individual recognition, including on the 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list and as a 2024 Top Women Wealth Advisor, and she is a contributor across national and local media outlets.
Beyond the advisory business, Coghill is the author of personal finance books, including “What’s Your Investing IQ?” and “The Newlyweds’ Guide to Investing & Personal Finance.” She also serves on the Board of the Magee Women’s Research Institute & Foundation and brought the national “Women on Boards” initiative to Pittsburgh, supporting efforts to increase female representation on corporate boards.
Bluespring said the Coghill partnership follows a strong 2025 in which the platform added more than $6 billion in assets under management through partnerships. The firm said it will continue expanding in 2026 by aligning with advisory firms focused on long-term growth and client outcomes.
Coghill Investment Strategies, Bluespring Wealth Partners, and Kestra entities involved in brokerage and advisory services are affiliated through common ownership by Kestra Holdings.
