By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 22, 2025

Bluespring Wealth Partners, a leading acquirer and partner to independent registered investment advisers (RIAs) and hybrid wealth management firms, announced a series of strategic leadership appointments designed to accelerate its national growth and enhance advisor support. The firm has added three seasoned executives to its leadership team and two new directors to its business development organization, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, integration, and client experience.

The newly appointed executives include Adam Sokolic as Head of Business Operations and Integrations, Rochelle Levy as Chief Compliance Officer, and William Salmen as Head of Mergers and Integrations. Additionally, Jonathan Ballenger and Tyler Schlater, CFP, CIMA, have joined the business development team as Regional Business Development Directors, expanding Bluespring’s national coverage and partnership network.

Sokolic brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across mergers and acquisitions, platform integration, and wealth management operations. Before joining Bluespring, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Retirement & Private Wealth at HUB International, where he led an acquisition strategy that drove over 600% inorganic growth and oversaw a $200 billion-plus wealth platform serving both corporate and individual clients.

Levy joins as a seasoned compliance and legal executive with over 15 years of experience in banking, investment management, and capital markets. She most recently served as Chief Compliance Officer for Capital Markets, Private Bank, and Wealth Management at City National Bank, where she built scalable compliance programs across multiple broker-dealers, RIAs, and trust entities. A licensed attorney admitted to the New York and Massachusetts bars, Levy will lead regulatory and governance initiatives as Bluespring continues its expansion.

Salmen arrives from Galway Insurance Holdings, where he served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Business Development. He brings more than a decade of M&A and corporate development expertise, including leading transformative transactions such as the acquisition and integration of MAI Capital Management, a $35 billion RIA. His addition strengthens Bluespring’s integration and execution capabilities as the firm continues to pursue its growth strategy.

In business development, Ballenger and Schlater will collaborate with Josh Bartholomew, Head of Business Development, to lead national initiatives and partnerships with leading wealth management firms. Their combined experience will help deepen Bluespring’s reach and strengthen its relationships with entrepreneurial advisors seeking growth support and strategic succession opportunities.
