Bluespring Wealth Partners announced that Pittman Financial Group and its team will merge into Security Financial Management (SFM), an existing Bluespring partner firm, as part of an expansion designed to strengthen client services and support advisor succession planning.

The transaction brings Pittman Financial Group, led by founder Page Pittman, CFP, and Client Service Administrator Elizabeth Eagle, into the Bluespring community through SFM’s platform. Pittman oversees more than $60 million in client assets under management, increasing the total assets managed by SFM advisors to approximately $1.3 billion following the integration.

Based in Austin, Texas, Bluespring said the move reinforces its strategy of partnering with independent registered investment advisors and wealth management firms seeking long-term growth, operational support, and succession solutions.

Pittman Financial Group specializes in fee-based financial planning and relationship-driven advisory services. Following the merger, Pittman’s clients will continue working with the same advisory team while gaining access to the broader resources and infrastructure of both SFM and Bluespring.

Bluespring said the partnership aligns with its broader goal of helping advisory firms navigate succession planning, maintain continuity for clients, and expand their capabilities through a larger platform. The firm emphasized that SFM’s family-office-style service model will remain central to the client experience.

Bluespring Wealth Partners focuses on acquiring and supporting wealth management firms while preserving the entrepreneurial independence of advisors. The company provides operational support, consulting resources, next-generation advisor development, and institutional capital to help partner firms grow.

Securities are offered through Kestra Investment Services, LLC, and investment advisory services are provided through Kestra Advisory Services. Security Financial Management and Bluespring are affiliated with those entities through common ownership by Kestra Holdings.

KEY QUOTES:

“Succession planning was a top priority to ensure my clients continue to receive superior financial planning services for decades to come. In looking for a partner, what stood out to me about SFM and Bluespring was the shared value system—a firm that prioritizes taking care of people, not just managing portfolios. Joining forces with organizations like SFM and Bluespring will ensure my clients will always be supported through access to qualified advisors, expanded resources, and the stability of a firm that’s investing in the future.”

Page Pittman, Founder, Pittman Financial Group
