Bluespring Wealth Partners has acquired Halcyon Wealth Advisors, which manages $364 million and is affiliated with Kestra Financial.
This merger, part of a broader consolidation, integrates Halcyon into LifeBridge Financial Group, following a previous merger with SilverStar Wealth Management.
These mergers expand LifeBridge’s reach into the Dallas-Fort Worth area, now serving clients across Texas from offices in Waco, Houston, Irving, and Cypress. Based in Houston, LifeBridge, led by Michael Rudelson, Selena Krampota, and Grayson Palmer, offers client-focused services. Halcyon, in Irving and led by Lynn Clark with Carolyn Mora, provides wealth management and retirement planning.
All three firms prioritize client service and long-term relationships, enhancing their network of advisors while maintaining local, personalized service.
