Today, Bluespring Wealth Partners—a leading acquirer of independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms—announced a new President: Pradeep Jayaraman. Jayaraman will assume leadership for all functions at Bluespring, including strategy and execution for the growing wealth management acquirer. Stuart Silverman will continue to serve as Chairman of Bluespring, where he will focus on supporting the organization’s growth.
Jayaraman joins the Kestra Holdings ecosystem after serving over a decade at Focus Financial Partners while acquiring, nurturing, and growing wealth management businesses. More recently, Jayaraman was Co-Head, Partnerships & Business Development at Focus. Before that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, advising financial services clients on numerous merger and acquisition transactions and debt and equity offerings. Jayaraman graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School.
