Bluespring Wealth Partners Sets Up $1.4+ Billion Hub In Florida

By Amit Chowdhry ● Mar 11, 2024

Bluespring Wealth Partners (a leading acquirer of high-quality wealth management firms) announced a strategic combination of two of its partner firms, Retirement Wealth Specialists (RWS) and Security Financial Management (SFM), to create a Floridian hub whose advisors oversee about $1.4 billion in assets. The combined firm will retain the Security Financial Management brand and maintain five locations across the state.

The existing synergies and proximity made this merger a natural fit for the two well-established wealth management firms. The company said that its clients and colleagues remain the top priority, and they will now have access to greater scale and resources while also retaining the ability to operate in the spirit that made each business so successful in their communities and across the country. RWS and SFM have been independently affiliated with Bluespring for several years.
