BlueVoyant, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting organizations across internal environments, supply chains, and external digital attack surfaces, announced the appointment of John Hultman as Chief Revenue Officer.
Hultman will lead BlueVoyant’s global revenue organization, including sales and revenue operations, as the company works to accelerate growth and strengthen its go-to-market execution.
He brings more than 30 years of global technology sales leadership experience, with expertise spanning software-as-a-service, cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise sales, and go-to-market strategy.
Most recently, Hultman served as Chief Revenue Officer at data security company Druva, where he led the company’s global go-to-market strategy and revenue organization.
Before Druva, Hultman led Americas Sales at Cohesity, a data security and management company.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Dell EMC in senior sales leadership positions across the Americas and Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
Throughout his career, Hultman has focused on building and scaling technology sales organizations, improving go-to-market structures and sales processes, and helping companies expand relationships with customers and channel partners.
His appointment comes as BlueVoyant continues expanding its cybersecurity portfolio and investing in artificial intelligence-driven security capabilities.
The company recently introduced a deployment offering designed to help enterprises adopt Microsoft’s Integrated Security Operations Center capabilities within Microsoft Defender.
The offering builds on BlueVoyant’s longstanding relationship with Microsoft and its position as a Microsoft Security partner.
BlueVoyant is also expanding BlueVoyant AI, its Agentic SecOps Platform, which combines intelligent automation with the company’s cybersecurity expertise to help security teams detect, investigate, and respond to threats more quickly and consistently.
The company is developing additional AI-related capabilities aimed at helping organizations securely adopt and govern AI agents across enterprise environments.
BlueVoyant’s cybersecurity platform spans Managed Detection and Response, Third-Party Risk Management, and Digital Risk Protection.
Its approach is designed to help customers protect their own technology environments while also identifying risks across third-party suppliers, external digital infrastructure, and other areas outside the traditional enterprise perimeter.
BlueVoyant supports more than 2,500 customer deployments in Microsoft-native environments worldwide.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Hultman will work with BlueVoyant’s leadership team to expand the company’s global customer base, improve sales execution, and capitalize on growing enterprise demand for cybersecurity tools that combine artificial intelligence, automation, and human security expertise.
