BNP Associates, a leading air transportation design and engineering firm backed by Godspeed Capital Management, announced the acquisition of Establish, a global consulting firm specializing in warehousing and supply chain logistics. The deal for Establish enhances BNP’s capabilities with a holistic suite of consulting services for clients across the aviation, warehousing, and logistics industries.
Establish is a consulting firm with a 50-year history of optimizing supply chain networks through a combination of analytics, supply planning strategy, and design expertise.
Through this deal, BNP will provide additional logistics services to its growing roster of aviation clients while bringing innovative solutions to airports from emerging and proven technologies in the adjacent warehousing space. BNP’s simulation tools and expertise will enhance Establish’s ability to model complex supply chain and warehouse projects, and the companies’ combined worldwide exposure will contribute to greater reach and market opportunities.
This deal marks the first acquisition by BNP since the launch of Godspeed Capital’s eight dedicated platform brands in the fall of 2024.
