Boost Run announced a $1.44 billion purchase agreement with Dell Technologies to support growing enterprise demand for AI compute and storage infrastructure, marking a significant expansion of its capacity to deliver large-scale, high-performance systems.

The agreement provides Boost Run with long-term access to enterprise-grade hardware and software, enabling the company to meet increasing customer demand for dedicated AI infrastructure. It also strengthens the company’s ability to execute on long-term contracts and expand its colocation footprint as enterprises accelerate adoption of AI workloads.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two companies, with coordinated infrastructure deployment programs designed to scale AI capacity across Boost Run’s platform. As part of the expanded collaboration, Boost Run is also deepening its financing relationship with Dell Financial Services, allowing for more flexible capital deployment aligned with customer demand and contract timelines.

Boost Run operates a cloud infrastructure platform purpose-built for AI and high-performance computing, offering GPU compute, CPU nodes, Kubernetes orchestration, and shared storage through a unified management interface and API layer. The company is focused on enabling organizations to provision and scale AI workloads rapidly across distributed infrastructure environments.

The announcement comes ahead of Boost Run’s proposed business combination with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp., which is expected to result in a public listing under the ticker symbol BRUN. The agreement with Dell is positioned as a key milestone supporting the company’s growth strategy as it transitions to the public markets.

As enterprise demand for AI infrastructure continues to surge, partnerships between cloud infrastructure providers and hardware manufacturers are becoming increasingly critical. The Boost Run and Dell collaboration reflects a broader trend toward vertically integrated solutions that combine compute, storage, and financing to meet the scale and complexity of modern AI workloads.

The agreement also highlights the importance of compliance and reliability in enterprise AI deployments, with Boost Run maintaining certifications such as SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO standards, ensuring its platform meets stringent security and operational requirements.
