Bowmark Capital has agreed to sell Totalmobile, a provider of field service management software, to Five Arrows and funds managed by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
Totalmobile delivers field service management technology to approximately 900 organizations, supporting more than 500,000 mobile workers. Its software is used across public services, healthcare, property and facilities management, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure sectors to increase workforce capacity, improve customer service, enhance compliance, and reduce operational costs.
Bowmark first invested in Totalmobile in 2020. Since then, the company has tripled revenue and profits, expanded internationally into the Nordics and Australia, and completed four acquisitions to strengthen its offering. The company’s product suite now spans the full field service lifecycle, including Field First, the company’s integrated and AI-enabled platform designed to support planning, scheduling, mobility, analytics and service delivery.
During this period of expansion, Totalmobile has more than doubled its workforce to over 400 employees.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
