Brand Engagement Network completed its acquisition of Cataneo, a Munich-based enterprise software provider focused on advertising operations and infrastructure. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition was completed on June 30, 2026.

Cataneo generated more than €8.6 million in revenue in 2025 and estimated first-half 2026 revenue of about €4.2 million.

The company’s platform manages more than €6 billion in annual advertising inventory across more than 1,000 media brands and more than 200 broadcast and digital channels.

Cataneo operates MYDAS, an enterprise software platform supporting advertising sales, scheduling, traffic, content management, monetization, analytics, CRM integration, and real-time reporting for broadcasters and media organizations.

Brand Engagement Network said the acquisition adds a profitable enterprise software business with recurring revenue, an established customer base, and mission-critical workflows where BEN’s AI technologies can be integrated and deployed.

The deal expands BEN’s global AI deployment platform and strengthens its position as an enterprise AI software provider.

BEN plans to integrate its proprietary Engagement Language Model and enterprise AI technologies into Cataneo’s platform.

The integration is expected to support advertising operations, audience intelligence, workflow automation, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

Cataneo also provides BEN with an established commercial platform for deploying AI-powered enterprise solutions to existing customers while expanding into additional industries over time.

Cataneo’s platform supports operations across four continents and has a global enterprise customer base with recurring revenue and strong customer retention.

As part of the transaction, Cataneo co-founder Christian Unterseer joined BEN’s board of directors.

Integration efforts are underway, and both companies will continue supporting customers without disruption.

BEN said the combination of its enterprise AI platform with Cataneo’s software infrastructure creates a broader operating foundation for intelligent automation, customer engagement, and operational excellence across industries.

Cataneo is a global provider of enterprise software for advertising sales, scheduling, traffic, and content management across linear, digital, and on-demand media.

Brand Engagement Network is an enterprise AI software company that enables organizations to connect engagement to execution through secure, intelligent conversational AI.

The company serves industries including healthcare, hospitality, mobility, government, media, retail, and other sectors.
