Brazos Residential announced that it has appointed Wyatt Simmons as Chief Investment Officer.
Simmons brings nearly a decade of multifamily real estate experience across asset management, acquisitions, and debt and equity capital sourcing. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the origination and execution of more than $3.5 billion in debt and equity transactions across the commercial real estate sector, including approximately $2.5 billion in multifamily capitalizations.
Before joining Brazos Residential, Simmons held senior capital markets roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Bank of America. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Brazos Residential.
