Berkeley Research Group has hired Enrique Glotzer as a managing director in its Energy and Climate practice, based in New York. Glotzer brings more than twenty years of advisory experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with expertise spanning corporate strategy, financial valuation, operational improvement, digital transformation, and M&A transaction support.
Glotzer has advised senior leadership, boards, and investment committees at major utilities, independent power producers, global industrial companies, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and government agencies. His technical expertise covers advanced nuclear, power generation, transmission and distribution, grid modernization, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, vehicle-to-grid technology, biofuels, mining, and critical materials. His cross-border experience spans North America, Europe, and Latin America.
At BRG, Glotzer will counsel clients on energy transition strategy, capital allocation, investment evaluation, market opportunity assessment, and ESG and climate risk frameworks for infrastructure and industrial clients. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
