Harris brings more than 35 years of financial services consulting experience from EY and Accenture.

His work has included helping financial institutions identify new growth opportunities, adopt new technologies, improve operational efficiency, and develop customer experiences.

His background spans both strategic planning and implementation, giving him experience taking transformation programs from initial design through execution.

Park brings more than 30 years of professional services leadership experience.

He has worked with C-suite executives, launched and scaled consulting practices, and led enterprise-wide transformation and AI deployment programs.

Most recently, Park led EY’s global business enablement AI transformation initiative.

Before that, he helped grow EY’s Financial Services technology consulting practice into a multibillion-dollar business.

At BRG, the two executives will focus on transformation programs for banks and other financial institutions.

The firm said it is building its approach around AI from the beginning rather than treating AI as a separate technology layer added to existing consulting programs.

BRG plans to combine AI-enabled delivery with reusable practitioner knowledge and commercial structures tied more closely to client value.

The objective is to help banks maximize their AI investments while modernizing the operational processes around new technology.

Financial institutions are increasingly evaluating AI across areas including customer service, risk management, fraud detection, compliance, software development, employee productivity, data analysis, and back-office operations.

However, adopting new AI technology often requires changes to established workflows, governance structures, operating models, data infrastructure, and employee responsibilities.

BRG sees an opportunity to help institutions manage that broader transformation rather than focusing only on technology implementation.

The firm said Park and Harris bring experience running complex programs where technology changes must be coordinated with operational redesign and organizational execution.

Their appointments also expand BRG’s capabilities within a financial services industry undergoing significant changes from automation, AI adoption, changing customer expectations, and continued pressure to improve efficiency.

BRG provides consulting services spanning economics, disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance improvement.

Its teams include consultants, industry executives, academics, data scientists, and technology specialists.

The firm’s Financial Institution Advisory practice works with banks and other financial institutions on operational, strategic, regulatory, and technology issues.

The addition of Park and Harris gives that practice two senior executives with experience building large-scale consulting businesses and leading transformation programs for global financial institutions.
