Bridge Defense, a next-generation defense technology company, has acquired Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, a provider of advanced analytics and intelligence solutions serving national security customers.
The acquisition enhances Bridge Defense’s capabilities across the intelligence lifecycle by combining Syntelligent’s expertise in all-source analysis, multi-INT operations, and geospatial and cyber analytics with Bridge Defense’s strengths in software development, infrastructure, and deployable systems. The combined organization is positioned to deliver scalable, mission-ready solutions in complex operational environments.
Founded in 2010, Syntelligent brings more than 15 years of experience supporting defense and intelligence agencies. The company provides intelligence analysis, collection management, and media exploitation capabilities designed to generate actionable insights for high-priority national security missions.
Bridge Defense indicated that the integration will focus on delivering cohesive, end-to-end solutions for national security customers while maintaining execution continuity across existing programs.
Syntelligent will contribute its established capabilities in intelligence support, while Bridge Defense continues to expand its platform-driven approach to enabling artificial intelligence and advanced operations in contested environments.
