Bridge Industries announced that its portfolio company TransTech Group has acquired a controlling interest in Teknoflow Green Equipments Private Limited, an India-based engineered fabrication and process equipment manufacturer, in partnership with the founding family.
The transaction marks a significant step in TransTech’s international expansion strategy, establishing its first manufacturing presence in India and strengthening its global manufacturing platform. Teknoflow will operate within TransTech’s Engineered Products Group, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver engineered equipment solutions across multiple regions.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Nashik, India, Teknoflow specializes in engineered process equipment and custom fabrication, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, modular process skids, columns, and structural assemblies. The company serves customers in more than 25 countries and holds multiple global certifications, including ISO and ASME standards.
Teknoflow operates approximately 180,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity supported by experienced engineering and fabrication teams. Following the transaction, it will continue operating under its existing leadership while gaining access to TransTech’s technical resources, customer relationships, and broader manufacturing capabilities.
TransTech Group, which operates across the United States, Europe, and India, now has more than 800,000 square feet of fabrication capacity across 14 locations. The addition of Teknoflow strengthens its ability to execute projects through a multi-regional manufacturing and service model.
